Audio Books Advantages Over Traditional Books
Audio books now have gained more popularity then ever before, as you can see in many online stores there a lot of popular titles in this type of formats such as CD’s and cassettes. Audio book has been around since the 80′s so it’s not actually a new thing in the market, but still there a lot of people who find it as a new experience and very excited about it.
So is it better than the traditional book? What are the advantages of using audio books over traditional books? Now here are some of the main advantages.
1. Save more time. There’s no doubt that this format is perfect for busy people. You can still listen the books while you’re working, it’s like having someone reading the books for you and follow you where ever you go.
2. Save more space. It’s using a form of files that you can simply put in your hard disk, so you don’t have to worry about having hundreds, thousands, even millions files because it will never take any space more than the space of your hard disk or your computer. But can you imagine having thousands of books laying around in your room?
3. Stimulate your imagination. I think this particular advantage will do more impact with children because by listening to this type of books, children will develop a certain imaginative perspectives in their minds and they will enjoy it even better than reading a book by them selves, and as their brains become more active they will become much brighter.
4. Save your mobility. Have you ever had an experience of canceling some appointments or other activities because you just bought a new book and wanted to read it immediately? Well I’ve been there and done that. But now when using audiobooks you can still go out there and doing anything You Like without sacrificing your “Reading time”, you can listen the books using your MP3 player or your iPod anytime, anywhere.
