Which is the best Shakespeare edition?
I’m really uncertain about which edition of Shakespeare’s King Lear I’m going to buy? I can choose between Arden Shakespeare, New Cambridge Shakespeare or Oxford Shakespeare not the school edition. Please help me. I want buy smething that is going to be very usefull for the exam and that I can always have by me. Thank you for the attention! Have a nice day!!!
I used the Arden Shakespeare editions, they are perfect and helped me through my A-level literature and my English degree. I was looking through my Arden “Othello” recently and reread the annotations I had made, reminded me of the good times at uni.
